Does anyone know where I can find Concepts in Microbiology. A laboratory manual by Munro, second edition. It seems UNG would make sure they have enough, but unfortunately they do not. Cannot find it anywhere on line to buy or download. The professor told my daughter, she would have to take pictures of someone else's book and study from that. Also, half of the class does not have this book/manual.
Does anyone know where i can sell my college booksi dont use anymore
Robin C. replied:
Amazon will sometimes show a "sell" option, you can search your book's ISBN number to see if they'll take it. I've also used http://www.valorebooks.com/ to sell mine back. And last, I like to use http://www.slugbooks.com/ to compare what different online places will give me.

You can sell here or try slugbooks.com. It allows you to put the IBSN number and compare it to multiple places that are buying the books, but your best bet is on here. Better pricing set by you.

My good friend just found out that her financial aid didn't go through and she's signed up for 16 units this semester! Money is tight and she can't afford all of her books. I'm going to do my best to help her pay for some of them. Does anyone know where to find any school books at a discounted cost? I know this isn't necessarily HB related (sorry), but I'm hoping that someone might have some recommendations!
I need these books for 2 of my classes. Please let me know if anyone has these that they're selling.

I know Google can answer my question, but I wanted to get some of your opinions on this. What are your suggestions on or your favorite places to buy textbooks? I've been looking at Amazon, Chegg, Half.com, etc. Also, renting vs purchasing?
