  Thanks all - been trying to work this one out for a few weeks. I used to use Plaxo - good for contacts, but it doesn't help me with my calendar. I love my Motorola RAZR MAX HD, LOL to both Mark's, I know you are MAC guys. Joy - sensible advice, been looking at this from both ends. I'm having no issues with my phone or google calendar. I would just like to see all of this sync up with my stand-a-lone version of Outlook 2010. However the work-a-round is to open up a browser to see my entire calendar there. There is one known solution - Join and pay for the professional Google Apps - however then they want to host my domain (inspirationvineyards.com) and somehow, I suspect that I will go through some pain in getting all of my calendars to work because they won't simply let me use my gmail account where everything is currently parked and synced up with. It just seems like a pain and a lot of work, even though they have the solution available.
