  I *wish* Dr. Susan Hammar in Burbank on Magnolia were my daughter's pediatrician. We have one of her partners, and they won't let us switch, due to office policy - which probably came about because everyone who meets Dr. Hammer on a day when she fills in for the others wants to do just that. http://www.yelp.com/biz/susan-kay-hammar-md-burbank
