Should I call a repairman to fix it and still have an old machine or just purchase a new one. If so I need to have it delivered, installed and the old one removed. Where would you shop? Brand?   Yes Valerie call Bill grant at action appliance 978-256-6111. I have known him for 45 years, he has done all the appliance work at my house. He is very honest he will tell you if it's not worth fixing and you should get a new machine. He can arrange for everything or during the washing machine delivering it to your house installing it and take the old one away.

  If you can afford it buy a new one. 20 years is a lot of wear and tear on a washing machine. If finances are a concern toss a new belt on. We have found that Bill at Action Appliance (978-256-6111) is a very fair and reputable repair person.
