  Dentist recommendations? Northwest side would be great but not mandatory, and good with kids too, please. The kids love our current dentist, but after 11 years with them, I'm just completely fed up with their very "Sales-y" approach, and I also feel that their work has not been very good and fails after a comparatively short time and then needs to be re-done, for even more $$!
