  Dr Leah Lowman at Womens Health Care Associates. 706-369-0019. I LOVE HER!! 2 C-Sections in 18 months! When I thought I was in labor this time I refused to go to the hospital until i knew she was on call!! She is the best!! More than a Dr - a friend!!
