Adds late fees however you want them to be added. Percentages, flat fees, only if a certain amount is overdue etc. You can use it for any number of homes or HOAs. 130 units is $203-$230 depending on features which you want as standard. Check out their website. [www.buildium.com](www.buildium.com)

Buildium is best value for money if you have under 100 units. IMO.
Are there any property managers in the group? Anyone know of a property management group on FB and has anyone ever used Evaproperty for managing properties/payments?

My manager uses http://www.Buildium.com - loves it.

Buildium or Appfollio are both great seamless programs.
