  Liz, it has happened to me plenty of times until I found Hillside Automotive. Marie and Gary are THE nicest people, as is Bob, the office manager. They will never sell you stuff you don't need. I've brought my car there for years and have left plenty of times with little or no charge because "a connector was just loose" or "the cable just needed to be tightened". I completely trust them.
