They have "ask a nurse" if you need to talk to someone quickly. Have sick side and well side, so if your kid is not sick your not waiting with other sick kids. Always can get in same day of needed.   Pediatrician? Dr. Herman at northeast pediatrics in Rochester. 248-856-6300. Large practice and any really any of the pediatricians/nurse practitioners are great. Same day appointments and separate sick/well waiting rooms.
