  Sara wants to know: Can anyone recommend a pediatrician in the Troy, Royal Oak or Birmingham area? Looking for suitable waiting rooms where you're not all over other sick kiddos & doctors who have a staff that responds timely to questions/concerns over the phone. Looking for an approach to childcare that is calm, smart and reliable. Not looking for holistic practices or any specializations at this time.
