I felt my case was not handled professionally. I felt that Adam and Justin treated me as if I was a charity case that they were doing a favor even though they received a bigger split of the settlement. Justin was rough to me in his communications and at times, I wondered if they were on my team. Justin was extremely stressful in his approach, demeaning in nature like I was not intelligent enough to give my opinion. Adam seemed caring within the duration of my case and came in on the tail end of negotiations and settled far less than I had hoped for. He seemed hungry (Ambulance chaser) type of attorney.
His staff members were rude and unprofessional except for one young lady Lorna. She was kind and professional and was a real pleasure to speak with. I will not recommend this attorney or his firm. I really wanted to like Adam as one business professional to another but I felt my race played a part of being disrespected even though that's his line of business.
