  My mom is moving to Brevard county. She has a tight rental budge of $650 and is looking for a one bedroom place that allows small dogs. She would need it around the middle of August. Trying to stay close to Rockledge. Does anyone have suggestions on where to start looking? We've been checking Craigslist and online, but are very disheartened by the condition of many of the places we've seen. Thanks for your help in advance.

  Contact a Realtor and let them do the leg work. Several nice places in Rockledge but most are going to be a little over that budget, about 700. A few small places in Cocoa Village in that price range. OR use the MLS, www.brevardmls.com
