Looking for a personal trainer who can work with fibromyalgia I recently moved back to Edmonton and am looking for a trainer once or twice a week. I am looking for someone flexible and understanding when my body doesn’t want to cooperate. I am looking for general body strength and flexibility work.
I used to train out of Body by Bennett in the west end, however they only have the downtown location now and I don’t want to go downtown. I’m looking for someone who is able to work around 4:30/5:00 start times. I would prefer south but I am flexible on location as I am working in the NE right now.
I’d prefer to stay away from anywhere I need to sign a contract because I will only go when I have a session with my trainer.

How far south? The folks at [Infinite Fitness](http://infinitefit.ca/) (23 Ave and Rabbit Hill Road) offer the type of service you are looking for. They are a small family-owned gym that offers personal training, spin and pilates - and you only pay for what you want because they don't have an open gym. It's all guided - one on one or group setting. Go talk to Jessica, the co-owner.
I have a friend looking for a male personal trainer in Edmonton. Suggestions?

We have a few male trainers. www.infinitefit.ca We offer an intro 3 session package that would be a great way to try us out and see if we're a good fit for what he's looking for. Obviously you know Tristan Zapata well
