  I had to get a bonded title for my car I went online through surety bonds.com, put all my car information into it including the amount that Arkansas assisted at paid the $100 online within two hours they sent me a bond in my email and I took that to the revenue department and got my bonded title. You can also call them at +1-800-308-4358 ext 240. His name is Levi Hoyes. Very knowledgeable on the Arkansas bonded title.
