  London area friends or people who are familiar with London !! Need you help . I have a relative who will be taking Greyhound busy to London for a medical appointment. I need to find a hotel for her but not sure where is best?? Her appointment is at University Hospital but the bus station is a bit aways. Any suggestions would be appreciated. She is elderly so would have to take a taxi to / from hotel/hospital. Must be 4star hotel. Thanks.

  Hey. Downtown where most of the high end hotel reside. The bus station is downtown as well but the university in North of downtown. Unfortunately there is not a whole lot to choose from close to the hospital. There is a place called http://www.windermeremanor.com/ which is 5 mins from the hospital. I was there once for a wedding and it's beautiful, cozy and peaceful. Surrounded by nature. So if she wants close to the hospital, I'd suggest there. If she wants in between both, the Delta and Hilton are both downtown along with the Sheraton and a Holiday Inn. I may be missing another downtown. None the less hope this helps and is a good start.
