Anyone in the Baltimore area have a dog sitter they can recommend? One of our adopter's, who adopted Handy, a 7 year old yellow boy is in need of a sitter, in June. Their dog sitter is unavailable and they are hoping this great group of volunteers may have some first hand dog sitter suggestions! Thanks!! I did send them a great article that Wendy Finn sent me, but thought I'd try this group as well.

Julie - I'm in Harford County and I use Barks & Blooms ( >4 yrs now) and I love them so I would definitely recommend them as well since they have a daycare and walkers in Balto City.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a dog walker? Have a very large puppy that needs a couple walks a day a few times a month... Looking at Luv My Pet - has anyone used them before?

I am in need of a responsible person to come to my house in Forest Hill several times/day, play with my dog and feed him, feed the cat, change the litter box, collect the mail, and water the flowers...
Hey Heather I have used Barks & Blooms, Colleen is friends (of ours) and clients of Jerry's (my husband). The gal that took care of our dogs was awesome. I loved her service and know that my dogs did. They have grown quite a bit and do a lot of work in Harford county. They meet with you and meet the pets and keep a daily record of how the pets do. The phone # is 443-655-5882 and website is www.barksandblooms.com. Let me know if this helps... Liddy
