Hi Jan, We only have one home birth midwife left in the Philadelphia and Jersey area near Haddonfield and she is pregnant with her second baby - not taking births until June.   Advice Please Repost from Anonymous I'm still pregnant and plan to refuse induction that they scheduled for tomorrow night( foley bulb tmrw and pitocin Friday morning). The birth center will probably have to drop me according to their policies. Who can I go to then to get my baby checked until he's born to make sure he's fine( good level of amniotic fluid, heart rate). If I have to wait until 43 weeks I need to make sure I'm not putting my baby in danger...also can anyone recommend home birth midwife in DE, PA, MD area who would help me deliver past 42 weeks?
