  Alright my fellow wonderful vendors, I have a dear friend who is looking for suggestions for a dessert bar/buffet (think smores, caramel apples, mixed candy, dessert shooters) with some additional hors d'oeuvres available. She's also looking for bartenders and an indoor venue that allows outside catering. She's wanting to stay in the Portland/Vancouver area for next March/April. Any good recommendations?
