  I have a piece of land in San Vito I am NOT selling now and have no immediate plans. It is around 12 Hectares on a gentle hillside. I am trying to figure out something productive to do with it other than let it sit there. It has a stream, electric, water, nice road, the works. If anyone is interested in some sort of project or sustainable idea, let me know. Over the last 23 years I built a couple homes in CR and have a small hotel but need a project or ideas and making money is not the focus for this piece.

  What about another large Earthship meeting next weekend, like Sunday the 9th? If we have a big enough room (does anyone have a place to offer? otherwise we could try that same room in Phinney Ridge again) we could have a meeting for an hour or so, then a movie screening (Garbage Warrior or New Solutions) and then have another hour or two for discussion. And depending on who's there and how much people are knowledgeable and/or motivated to get involved, we could dive into planning. Comment/give feedback now, and we'll schedule within the next couple of days.
