Depends how fit ( and wobbly )you are. Curves is great for ladies who aren't looking for a gym gym but want to get a bit fit as its all very friendly and you don't feel silly or embarrassed, but the opening times are not the greatest but you could switch to somewhere else as your confidence grows. Boot camps are not always a good starting point if you have a confidence issue as too competetive an environment to start out in and you may find yourself feeling worse. I think all the regular gyms are much the same, as in you will get some normal people and some fitness freaks, but they are more interested at looking at them selves than you!
