  Good evening. My name is Anthony Francis (Tony) and I am a contractor in Los Angeles, California. Currently I am exploring business opportunities in DR Congo with possibilities of doing business in a few other African countries. As some of you may already know, doing business in the various African countries can be cumbersome to say the least, however, the rewards can be extremely fruitful. I am teamed with some individuals who have idealistic goals regarding our African ventures but our collective goal is to help with the local infrastructure while strengthening ties between the diaspora. We are attempting to explore our options on oil exploration (land) on the Atlantic coast of DR Congo.
