  I just had the house I'm purchasing inspected by Eddie Wilbanks this past Friday. Very nice guy and thorough. inspections@wilbanks.biz is his e-mail and phone # is 901-481-0341 . He sent a PDF e-mail detailed report with pictures within 2 hours of leaving the home. Very honest guy too, I accidentally paid him too much and he called me to let me know
