  Ok you Mary Kay people or medical people or salon people or old remedy people I need your help!!!! John's hands are so dry and cracked open (hazards of a mechanics hands). They hurt him and he is in need of something that can help soften them. He says he thinks it would feel so good so soak them in hot oil for them to soak it up. Any suggestions?? We battle this every winter but this winter it seems worse.

  There are home remedies that can be used to help with dry hands. WomenFitness.com recommends mixing and massaging one tablespoon of almond oil and a cup of buttermilk onto the hands. Lotion is also commonly used to help dry skin. Unfortunately, lotion is not a permanent remedy and must be reapplied daily. A good moisturizing lotion can deliver hydration to the skin and replenish and lock in moisture.
