Cotton gloves after slathering with Neutrogena Norwegian Hand Cream. Vitamin E and fish oil orally will help too.

We use Bag Balm. You can find it at Tractor Supply. It's used on farms for animals to keep their skin from drying & cracking. Works AMAZING for dry hands too!
