  I used Pronto as recommended by someone here a few months back. Some minor hiccups along the way but overall am pretty satisfied. I decided on the place that I'm currently staying at now the first day I went around viewing with them. Pronto charges 1 month to the landlord not the tenant. Remember to negotiate hard on the price with the landlord. www.prontorealtor.com

  Hi Sanna. Try contacting www.prontorealtor.com. They are pretty good from what I've heard and don't charge the normal 1 month agents fee. Remember that you will have to pay up front in cash for 12 months, occasionally 6 months. The area you are looking for will be more expensive, probably $5000 + a month for that kind of house, although there are places that are better value if you look around.
