Hi Sanna. Try contacting www.prontorealtor.com. They are pretty good from what I've heard and don't charge the normal 1 month agents fee. Remember that you will have to pay up front in cash for 12 months, occasionally 6 months. The area you are looking for will be more expensive, probably $5000 + a month for that kind of house, although there are places that are better value if you look around.

I agree--Pronto is the most professional. They did not find us anything we liked is the narrow area we were searching, so ultimately did not use them. However,the overall experience was good and we still recommend them. We also really liked the agent we worked with at Myanmar Relo Solutions (name was Kay). The important thing is to make sure that whomever you work with is able to get you properly registered in the new house with the various authorities.
