Does anybody know of a tailor accessible by T that will add sleeves to a dungaree vest so I don't have to drop my fave item from the wardrobe roto? UPDATE: Thank you all for the suggestions, I checked around the city but nobody was prepared to carry out this job in a way that would live up to my high expectations of quality. I did find a pretty neat pinterest about it with several pictures in the slideshow so I think it's time to take matters in to my own hands.
