  I know this is a Long Island page but thought I would ask anyway. I just learned of someone who keeps feeding cats but not doing any TNR. She even takes some of them in and they keep having babies and she barely has any money to begin with. I KNOW, I KNOW. So my question is, does anyone know of free TNR clinics in Ulster County, NY? Near Kingston, NY. Thanks in advance! (I just learned of this so I will google but thought I'd put it out here as well.)

  T.A.R.A Van travels and come to Monticello each month, however they came yesterday and probably won't be back till February.. If you're spaying/neutering a cat it's $70 and includes the rabies vac.shot,ear cleaning and nail trim and $8 for dewormer.. You drop off in A.M and pick up in afternoon.
