Cindy helped calm me down, had me text her photos of the problem area and then spent the next fifteen minutes talking me through a temp. fix. She saved me an emergency call and peace of mind. We scheduled an appointment, the plumber came out and fixed it and was open to answering all of my questions. A day or two later she checked back with me and set me up with a "remediation" company to come out and deep clean my carpet. You get very personalized service with this company, especially with Cindy. This company is a good choice when you need a plumber.
