  Melissa at Community Family Healthcare in Morganton is super nice & helpful. I saw her for my bronchitis the other week. Not sure about no insurance pricing - I'm sure they could tell you over phone! 828-391-8364 ... Also try CVS minute clinic. Never used them but heard its a good option in a fix.
