About us
We run classes currently as the following:
Babies 6mths - 18mths
Toddlers 18mths - 3yrs
Preschoolers 3yrs - 5yrs
Club Reception - 7yrs
Crew 7yrs - 12yrs
Babies start by doing a mini gymnastic class with little warm up stretches, songs, hand apparatus and as they are more confident and mobile we use our soft play equipment. They also start to learn the technique for forward and backward rolls to name a few !! Babies can earn certificates :-)
Toddlers continue this but extend the work on their certificates and have free play on the equipment including our climbing frames with ladders, planks, stools and balancing beam.
Preschoolers go one step further again by being independant and following certificate work and include songs, hand apps etc but rather than have free play, they must follow a specific circuit put out for them.
Club works on much harder certificate work but also on team games to strengthen social skills and work with what they are learning at school.
Crew is also based on certificate work but also starts to include circuit training, dance and gymnastics as well as team games.
Price is £4.00 per session except Club class which is £4.50.
If any siblings join in at any time they pay our sibling rate of £2.50 no matter what age or when they join :)
