  Revolution ink in Pelham. Any of the artists will do top notch work. Dave Rhodes Rankin did mine. I've seen too many sub par tattoos come from other shops. Do your research and then make the decision.

  Skinworx is ok. But they will turn you away if they decide they don't want to do your tattoo. The last time I was in revolution ink, over the course of 4 hours, there were at least 4 people who had been to skinworx and either left or were turned away.
