  I use Listing-Pages, and it is fantastic. Social Media where you comment and chat with the leads like on FB. They can like photos, price, etc...Ask questions, and are sent all the updates, when a home goes under contract and when it is off the market. Developed by the original programmer who left Tiger and lives in Ann Arbor. Our buyers love it. Best IDX I have ever used. Buyers can opt in by answering questions when they sign up.
