  I've used Southern States Inspections, Inc. The guy's name is John Watkins. Here is his office number: 910-486-0889. If you can't reach him there, let me know. He's not expensive and will tell it like it is - no-nonsense guy. Do not use AmeriSpec - they missed alot at out home.
