Anyone have any good recommendations off mattress shops that aren’t super expensive? Looking to spend 500-600 for a set if possible.

We love our Tuft and Needle bed...depends on the size of bed of course, but as far as I was concerned they were best value for the money. www.tuftandneedle.com
Delete this if it's not allowed, but I was wondering if anyone here knows where to get a really good deal on a quality mattress? We desperately need to replace ours. My back is killing me.
I bought a teardrop at the beginning of summer and we have taken it out several times including a week in Colorado.
I wasn’t real comfortable on the mattress that came with it so I added a memory foam topper but it still feels like I am sleeping on the floor in some points.
Our mattress does fold in half which makes it nice so we can store stuff back there when traveling.
Any recommendations on a good firm mattress? I believe we have a short Queen
I just had birthday #47 and my back is conveying a need to treat myself to a new mattress.
Anyone in the group either sell them or have a recommendation?
Best place to buy a mattress? I'm moving to Madison in the next few weeks, and I'm excited to pick and purchase my first self-bought mattress. Any tips/recommendations for a good, affordable mattress shop?
My budget is around $500-$800.
Thanks, and looking forward to Madison!

I'm looking to buy two new Queen size mattresses for my kids and they're so expensive! Last time we bought cheap ones and got what we paid for unfortunately. Any suggestions for good quality at a reasonable price?

Well, it is time for a new mattress. Anyone have a recommendation for a local place with good selection that will deliver and cart away the old one? The old one is from Room and Board, so it is good but not anything exceptionally special. Thanks.

Tuft and Needle! It's an online mattress company and you have 30 days to test it out. If you don't like it you donate it to charity and they refund your money. https://www.tuftandneedle.com/
Mattress Shopping: Recommendations? My wife and I are looking for a new mattress... we've never bought one before, so we're looking for any advice as well as recommendations on a good place to go shopping that has helpful/knowledgeable staff who aren't just trying to make a sale and will help us make the right decisions. Note: We live in the Royal Oak/Ferndale area, so keep they would have to be able to delivery there. Thanks!
Best place to buy a mattress Sorry for the boring "please help me" post but can anyone recommend a good furniture store to buy a mattress from? Some places seem like they carry a sketchy used car lot kind of vibe.
I've lived here a while but inherited a mattress so I've never had to bother to learn about this before.
Thanks!

Every mattress store I've been too seems sketchy. I'm going to check this out the next time I want to buy a mattress: https://www.tuftandneedle.com/

I need a new twin mattress for my lil girls bed .. any ideas out of the 73 mattress stores in MJ has the best prices? I don't feel like dragging a 2 and 4 year old around all of them to find out! :)
Can anyone recommend a good queen size bed (mattress and box spring)? Budget is about $500, less is better, a little more is ok if that's all that's available. Not looking for anything fancy like pillow tops or memory foam, just a reasonably firm mattress. Ideally I'd like to have it delivered, so if you can link me to a place that provides such a service, it would be much appreciated.
Edit: I live in Palo Alto, CA.

Looking for advice. Buying a Mattress in Austin. I was checking out yelp and all of the reviews seem a little too good to be true. The top 20 places all had 4 or more stars. Anyone have some good recommendations and/or advice when buying a queen mattress in Austin? Is it true that places sell mattress "X" for $400 in one store and $800 in another? Do I need to replace my box spring as well? I don't mind shopping around but I would like to narrow it down to at least 3 stores before I get going. Thanks for the feedback.
