  I just asked my mom who now lives in NYC and only uses the best doctors. She also recommended calling LIJ. So I would say Katia is onto a good referral. Also, my mom uses an amazing dermatologist( to the stars) Dr. wattenberg in NYC and he ( or she?) could refer you to a great plastic surgeon. 212-288-3200. Good luck.
