Can anyone recommend a heating and air conditioning person in the Robinson Township area that doesn't cost an arm and a leg and that won't bend you over and duct you up the ass
Bill S. replied:
David--your friend may want to consider one of these. A few of my clients had these installed and are very pleased. http://www.mitsubishicomfort.com/.../pro.../product-showcase
So hot here, and no AC. We have a 1930s Spanish style house, flat roof on back 2/3 of house. Has anyone installed a solar powered attic fan in a similar house? Has it helped? Suggestions?
Russ P. replied:
it's kind of like a window unit, but it's bigger, more powerful and it's permanently mounted in an exterior wall, with the motor, etc., located outside on the ground. they're really popular with old houses, for obvious reasons. http://www.mitsubishicomfort.com/
We need to get a heating system in our basement. Any recommendations?
Mark M. replied:
Look into mitsubishi ductless heating and cooling, best bang for your buck and they have dehumidifiers systems if moisture is a problem, I've used them in basements and attics up north and in the south with great results. http://www.mitsubishicomfort.com/
