He is very familiar with the US appliances brought to Israel as well as the ones purchased locally - fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer. He gives an honest assessment of the work (unfortunately, with some of the junk sold these days, sometimes the best course of action is to scrap it) and works hard to fix it. He will not sell you parts you don' t need or charge for labor that led nowhere. He also understands that if the oven is not working the husband is in hot water, so he shows up fast. Besides all that, he in pleasant and a great guy. Hope nothing breaks, but if it does, I recommend Gideon!
