  There is the Prospect Park Veterinary Hospital in Delaware County. I have found them competent and reasonably priced. You don't need an appointment just show up during their office hours, and they have some office hours every day, including Saturday and sunday, which would avoid high emergency vet fees if you can get there the hours they are open. I've used them often, and still sometimes drive almost an hour since I moved away. Their info is 903 Lincoln Ave Prospect Park, PA 19076, (610) 461-7887

  Prospect Park Vet...I believe its 45.00 for the visit alone, then additional for meds etc. 610-461-7887...Its on 420.
