  I have a 14 week old Aussie and will need to be getting her spade soon. The vet in TC where I took her for her shots quoted me nearly $450. I'm retired and I haven't lived here long, but that seems like a lot of money for a spay. Any suggestions (do you have a better vet, is there a Leelanau county humane society or something that will do it cheeper, etc.). Thanks for any suggestions.

  Need your help! Looking for a mobile Veterinarian in the TC area who will come to the house, assess Duke and help us with end-of-life proceedings, as necessary. Our ultimate goal is to have his final moments on "his" boat, near "his" island and cremation thereafter. Any suggestions??? Also looking for left-over Prime Rib, Medium Rare Steak (hah!) and any other treats that would be okay for the lifestyle to which he has become accustomed! No more dog food for this Pit Bull.
