  I recommend United Pest Solutions. We've hired them for several years to both rid us of pests (carpenter ants particularly) and inspect quarterly for activity since insect/rodent damage isn't covered by our homeowner's insurance.   Friends of mine swear by United Pest Solutions, Seattle, WA 98165 206-632-1270. I have to admit that I ended up going with Terminix because they were able to respond sooner.
