  ISO: Reasonably priced plumber also information on what I am responsible with sewer wise and what/if the City of Salina is responsible for anything. My husband cleaned out our pipes when the sewer was backing up at the main on the 23rd and it is backing up again. Any information will help thanks in advance.

  If it's between your house and the main the city won't do anything. I've used Drains Plus before, they're decent.
