  Community Pet Outreach has always been good to us. They're on Main Street in one of the strip malls. Phone 972 353 9672. I called and got their permission to post. They are not a full on hospital but great for non-emergency care. Great hours too.

  What's a good, reasonably priced vet in the lewisville / flower mound area? I brought in a rescue dog off facebook that was being given away for free and there was a known dog flipper trying to get him. I told her about it and that he'd be in danger of winding up in a dog fighting ring but she didn't care so I took him in to rehome myself. However I've noticed some bumps on his head and I fear it may be some kind of mass or cancer (most likely why they were getting rid of him). My vet is the most expensive one and both my other dogs already saw her this month so does anyone else have a wonderful vet that's not going to be on the upper side of price? Any good experiences with one that was able to diagnose your dog after others couldn't?

  CPO (Community Pet Outreach) on Main Street near the new WinCo had a sign in their lobby last year for snake vaccines. CPO is great for low-cost vaccines, heartworm meds, & spay/neuter surgeries, etc., but they're not a full-service vet. I don't know if they have the snake vaccines yet this year but it wouldn't hurt to call & ask. (972) 353-9672
