  I have a heart worm positive dog that was a stray in out neighborhood till about 2 months ago. One neighbor took her to a vet and got her cleaned up and all shots but the heartworm was positive. She could not keep the dog so she passed her along to me. I was going to take her to HSSM but so far it looks like I may keep her. I need to get her started on treatment but I really can't afford it. (Already spending about a grand a year I'm flea protection and heart guard for my other 3) What vet in the area would be the least expensive for treatment? There are so many I was hoping to avoid directly calling all of them. Terry, Wendy...any suggestions?

  Gulfport veterinary clinic on pass road. One office in Gulfport by dirt cheap /the other by edgewater mall. 228-865-0575. (228) 385-1008. The slow kill method is cheapest and it is less stress on the dogs heart.

  Is it the one that was missing? Take her to dr Geotes /dr spears office in Gulfport on pass rd by dirt cheap 228-865-0575. Guaranteed the cheapest. And best in my opinion. They only take appointments until 11:30 I think -so call.
