I have reached out in several directions, but I am not hearing back from any of my contacts, so I am (re)posting here. There is a little urgency to this as it is almost the weekend. I need a rec for a vet who is used to dealing with feral/semi-feral cats. I noticed a little bit of blood in the stool of these foster kitties and I want to take them somewhere other than where I have been going.
I am fostering two cats who come from a troubled background (one of the two is semi-feral) and I need to take them to a vet, preferably here in Long Beach, to have them checked/treated for possible parasites. (I noticed a little bit of blood in their stool.) I am looking for recs for vets who are accustomed to dealing with cats like these. And if they accept 24 Pet Watch insurance (I got some limited coverage free when I agreed to foster them) that would be even better. Thanks!
