Morven get along to Craig's fitness camp it's in Enterprise studio just across from Mcnair's etc! It's a really friendly place and no coordination required! I'm hopeless too! Check out website good deals at £2.50 a class! Be good to see you! X
Are there any exercise classes in Lenzie in the evenings for over 50's?
Craig M. replied:
www.craigsfitnesscamp.co.uk lots of fun fitness for mixed ages and abilities. We're not far - just next to Bishopbriggs Train station - lots of ladies come from Kiirkintilloch and Lenzie to us.
Does anyone know of any boogie bounce or Zumba classes in Kirky preferably nearer the Main Street and after 7pm weekdays? Thanks!
