  Lisa G. wrote: Buyer beware. One job I paid for in full was never stated or completed. Yet the whole time Mr Kelly assured me he was almost complete. The other jobs I paid for again -- in full-- were never completed and tiles are actually falling off. He guaranteed his work yet walked away not completeing the jobs and taking the money. Also he never returned my knobs I gave him to install on furntiture and the paint I gave him to use was damaged when he returned it as it must have gotten below freezing point. Mr Kelly has not returned any of the monies owed to me. He left the job a complete eye sore.
