  OR - Simone at the excellent Dog Salon on Shirehampton Road ( http://www.dogsalonbristol.co.uk/ ) - she "does" our rather nervous (and not very dog-friendly!) Beardie with great sensitivity and is very reasonable (and doesn't keep waiting dogs in crates as many other groomers do frown emoticon )
