  Avant Tapas Bar in Buellton. What's not to like when all you do is slide your card in a machine and pick either "taste" "1/2 glass" or "full glass" and they serve great food, too? They have quite a few wines to choose from and all local so it's a win/win situation! http://www.avantwines.com/
