I looked up one day and realized I had hit my 90 pound weight loss mark. It inspired me to get into NASM and get that Personal Trainer Cert.
I'm still a work in progress. Any tips on where to go fr here would be appreciated. I want to lean out more and start taking supplements and get some muscle definition. I'll take all critique, tips, and suggestions on how to get where I want to be.
